worked with tech support. Reboot and reinstall constantly. The constant loss of connection makes this something I can no longer recommend. Edit:Clients hate it. Avoid if you are a writing a spec for a smart home. EDIT1: was told the router was the problem, not the fans. Tested 3 different routers with no affect. (Spectrum, Google, and now Orbi) EDIT2: getting worse. App is rarely updated as Company doesnt care. EDIT: app is now as useless as the new one, which incompatible with some devices.

The app is not great, but it gets the job done. Revising my previous review up two stars since I discovered the scheduling feature will solve or at least hide the issue I was having with my Ecobee pairing settings being overridden randomly. Now, I just run a couple of schedules that re-set my desired temperature and max speed settings.

Update 4/2018 I have 15 fans now. I'm happy they updated the app but many settings are not sticking. Temp, min fan speed, Please look into this. I have 9 of these haiku fans and enjoy their look, and functionality. I would like to see improvements in the app -maybe to show the current temperature and humidity. - have a schedule for smart mode that can turn the light on at a dimmed level when senses motion at certain times for example at night when you get up as opposed to one stand
